Samantha Lee is bringing Tyrese Gibson back to court after he has been failing to pay child support for their daughter.

He has reportedly only paid for half of the $10,690 he is mandated to pay a month to his ex-wife, which is the reason he is being brought back to court.

Samantha is trying to get Gibson to be thrown in contempt of court, she also be reimbursed for her attorney bills, and that she gets interest on that child support that she has yet to be paid for.
