Cardi B accuses the mayor of cutting the NYPD’s budget, alleging it will increase crime.

New York Mayor Eric Adams angered Cardi B by cutting the NYPD budget drastically. She said Hizzoner’s NYPD budget cuts will increase crime, among other things.

Cardi B raged at Mayor Eric Adams in a livestream with roughly thirty thousand viewers, saying she may be enemy number one for telling the truth, but she asked her fans to share the video so it could go viral.

“There is a $120 million budget cut announced in New York that will impact schools, public libraries, and the police department,” Cardi B said in the video.

The mayor wants to cut $32 million from the sanitation department, $74 million from the FDNY, and $547 million from education.
