Chrisean Rock won’t go to jail for her Oklahoma drug charges after having her son.

The TV star was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute. Both charges carry a one year prison sentence if convicted.

According to Urban Islandz, Chrisean Rock won’t go to prison, and she pleaded guilty.

Her attorney, Ken Gallon, argued that since Chrisean had no criminal record, she should receive no jail time.

The judge sentenced the Crazy In Love star to four years of probation for each charge.

She needs to do 120 hours of community service at a homeless shelter.

Chrisean Rock’s probation ends on March 15, 2027.
