Diddy plan to buy $185 million of marijuana operations has been fallen through and the deal is no longer happening.
People close to the operation claim that Diddy was waiting as Cresco labs and Columbia Care planned to do the merger that they agreed on last year.
It turned out that the shareholders never ended up coming to a agreement and because of this the deal Diddy made was canceled. However, his team says him and Combs Global empire are still looking for opportunities to diversify the marijuana industry but are looking for a good fit.
If the deal went through Diddy would be the owner of 9 stores laid throughout New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts with them all having their own production facility.
