Bow Wow believes the hip hop out today is terrible and backs it up with stating the lack of #1 hits proves it.

The rapper was not holding anything back at the BET Awards when getting interviewed by Power 106.

He claims this years music has offended his ears and they all rap about the same thing, male rappers talk about “slidin on the opps” and women only want to be with a rich man.

Bow Wow has yet to release a album in over 10 years, by making money from performing his hit songs on tours instead of trying to force creativity.

He believes that hip hop can make it back to the top of the boards but needs contributions from some of the best in the business like Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and Drake, with his upcoming album “For All My Dogs” dropping soon.

Bow is not the only one in the Rap scene that feels this way.

Ty Dolla $ign says he is shifting towards dance while, Atlantic Records signee Symba just bashed XXL Freshman list which is supposed to be the new and upcoming artists to take over.
