Flo Rida recently filed a lawsuit against the Energy Drink company Celsius over his endorsement deal with the company.

According to the suit, Flo Rida claims that he help made the drink popular and never saw any money from the profits of its success over the years.

He said in a recent interview with his lawyer, “Well, this started back in 2014. I was asked to be the brand ambassador for Celsius. I mean, this was a young company out of the state of Florida, and myself, I thrive on health.”

He continued, “So I was in this thing for the long haul, and basically when it came down to getting compensated….”

He added, “This product has done over tens and tens of millions of dollars since I joined the company.”

Flo Rida is suing for over $30,000 in payment and damages.
