A new lawsuit claims that Chris Brown and Lil Durk plagiarized “Till The Wheels Fall Off” by another artist.
Micah Foster, a music producer, is suing Breezy and Durk for allegedly stealing his track after playing it for Chris on a mixtape.
According to lawsuit filings that TMZ obtained, Foster’s “Wheels Fall Off” chorus, hook, and arrangement are ripoffs of Chris and Durk’s “Till The Wheels Fall Off.”
Foster debuted his song in 2019, three years before Chris and Durk recorded “Till The Wheels Fall Off.” with Capella Grey.
Foster alleges he’s worked with Chris a lot over the years and played him the music while CB was working on “Breezy” and thinks Chris took it off for a song on his album. Foster is suing Breezy, Durk, and Capella for royalties he claims he is owed.
