Recently, Soulja Boy claimed that he’s the reason why the U.S. government banned TikTok.

Soulja Boy said, “I made 32k in one day this why they tryna ban TikTok.”

There was a bill that was passed in the House of Representatives that ordered ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok, to sell its controlling ownership in the app or face the possibility of being banned from the American market.

The Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesperson said, “This kind of bullying behavior that cannot win in fair competition disrupts companies’ normal business activity, damages the confidence of international investors in the investment environment, and damages the normal international economic and trade order.”
