Shawn Holley, GaTa’s lawyer came out with a statement saying “The entire incident between the parties is on video which I am in the process of providing to law enforcement. The video demonstrates clearly that Mr. Ganter did nothing wrong and, instead, tried to de-escalate the situation.”

GaTa who is best known from the hit tv show ‘Dave’ was busted for domestic violence.

The law enforcement has said that they were responding to a domestic violence report in Santa Clarita, CA on Sunday, where the officers were told that there was a physical argument had occurred between 2 parties and ended up with GaTa being arrested.

He is now out on a $100k bond and has been scheduled in court at a later date as the case is still under investigation.

GaTa who’s real name is Davionte Ganter is also a rapper but has recently been a actor for Lil Dicky’s show on FX where he plays a fictionalized version of himself.
