Given his penchant for stirring up controversy, 50 Cent chose an unusual manner to honor Curtis’ 16th birthday.

The G-Unit founder uploaded a slew of suggestive images from a photoshoot with his ex-girlfriend Ciara on Instagram on Monday (September 11), reminiscing on the release of his 2007 album.

50 captioned the post, “I dropped this album 16 years ago today, I had so much s**t going on in the street. I was writing Curtis 187, I told @tonyyayo these fools crazy they think I’m scared. so we have a advantage, they stupid. LOL.”

Many fans had a lot to say about this post, and one person in particular said, “Yo, that’s someone’s wife now Fif. Take these posts down! Lol.”
